If you want to cancel your flight booking, please contact us directly on Website Mobile No. Refunds are available for tickets marked only as a return. Classified tickets as non-worthy qualified are not eligible for correspondence. For flights booked with low-cost carriers (LCCs), please note that the booking fee is non-worthy.
If you choose to re-book your flight, an airline change fee will be applied-usually from USD 100 to USD 300. In addition, any fare difference between your original and new booking will also be charged.
The refund for payment in the form of credit or booking to be canceled due to violation of our compliance policies will not be issued. We strongly encourage you to review our terms and acceptable use policy before making reservation. Alpha Travels reserves the right to cancel any tickets by our compliance team abuse or misuse of the system.
The filing of chargeback will reverse the payment and immediate cancellation of your ticket. To solve a chargeback and restore your booking, you have to contact us and complete a new purchase.
